The 2025 Wild in the Woods Trail Race returns to Broemmelsiek Park on Saturday, December 6 and will have both 5 and 10 mile distances. Post Race offerings include: A fire pit, snacks, live music, and a complimentary beer (21+)!

The race will be the second race in the Big River Trail Series – a competition in which points are tallied for runners that participate in 3 of the 6 events including the Wild in the Woods 5 mile or 10 mile, Skippo 10k, Skippo Half Marathon or Skippo 30k, and the Castlewood Cup 15k.
