Tucked into the rolling river bluffs just off I-64, Missouri Bluffs Park delivers a choose-your-own-adventure kind of experience.

One minute you’re pumping through berms on purpose-built downhill trails, the next you’re testing your balance on a low ropes course or teeing off beneath century-old oaks.

It’s a compact but surprisingly diverse playground where St. Charles County quietly shows off its ups and downs.

Here’s everything you need to know.

Get Acquainted
Missouri Bluffs Park, located off Highway 40 (I-64) at 18 Research Park Circle, spans 286 forested acres along the Missouri River.

Eighty-six acres are being developed with trails and amenities, while the remaining 200 acres continue to be leased to the Missouri Bluffs Golf Club.

Mountain Bike Trails
St. Charles County Parks has added a mountain bike-only downhill trail system with two blue (intermediate) runs featuring dirt jumps, rollers, and berms.

Riders will also find three miles of multi-use cross-country singletrack and a connection to the Katy Trail with parking.

Additional expansion is underway by St. Louis-based Stray Trails.

A renovated clubhouse includes a pro shop, plus a restaurant and bar serving apps, salads, sandwiches, and steaks.
