Hidden Valley, the St. Louis area’s winter resort, has announced a new event: The Winter Kick-Off & Wildwood Business Association (WBA) Food Truck Fest. The event will be held from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, October 23, at the resort and will include live music, scenic chairlift rides, and hiking for the whole family.

This event is an expansion of the successful food truck fest hosted by WBA last Fall. Hidden Valley and WBA are excited about the partnership.

“It is a pleasure to partner with WBA,” said Brandon Swartz, general manager of Hidden Valley. “To be able to use Hidden Valley as the new festival site and add winter elements is exciting. It is the perfect way to celebrate fall and get prepped for winter.”

The list of activities is robust, Winter Kick-Off includes: live music by Out by 9, food trucks, a beer and wine garden, 30 local vendor booths, hiking trails and kids activities, and yard games. Guests looking to prep for winter can shop a winter gear sale, purchase a season pass, and register for ski school. Resort staff will also be hosting a job fair, with wages starting at $12.50 per hour.
