The Capital City Race is dedicated to Mental Health Awareness and is in memory of Jared Palmer, who lost his life to mental illness in November 2021. There are multiple routes available, including 5k, 10k, and 1/2 Marathon courses showcasing numerous landmarks around the Capital City. This event will start at the Jefferson City Capitol at 7:00 AM on May 11, 2024. Come out and walk, jog, or sprint with us on May 11, 2024. Join the fun and celebrate Mental Health Awareness!

Registration cost varies depending on your race selection. Registration includes one t-shirt, bib, and swag bag! Pre-packet pick-up will be held on May 10, 2023 from 4:00-6:00 PM at The Linc, 1299 Lafayette St, Jefferson City, MO 65101. Same day packet pick up and registration will start at 5:30 AM the day of the race. T-shirts will only be guaranteed for those who register BEFORE May 1, 2023.
