Open as of March 1, SBR Bike & Brews brings a new concept business to The District in Chesterfield, Missouri. The combination shop-slash-cafe will feature a mix of bicycles and related accessories, as well as a selection of premium coffee and snacks.
The new location replaces the Swim Bike Run store on Clayton Road, which targeted multisport athletes. “SBR will replace its swim and run sections with a larger selection of road, gravel, and mountain bikes,” said James Coudright, general manager, “and while our product mix will have evolved, our dedication to providing quality products, professional bicycle service, and bike fitting will remain the same.”
The move to The District will also ensure greater convenience for customers traveling from both St. Louis and St Charles counties and will provide access to the Monarch Levee Trail, Katy Trail, and new mountain bike trails under development at River’s Edge Park.
“The move isn’t just about changing our location. It’s a transformation into a destination that embodies community and bringing people together on bikes,” said Coudright. “Our new partnership with Specialized Bicycles and the introduction of our brews concept invites everyone to be a part of something truly unique.”
SBR will be close to The District anchor tenants 4-Hands Brewing Co. and Hi-Pointe Drive-In and The Hub, a 40,000-square-foot outdoor entertainment space with giant LED screen, professional sound system, and stage for performances.
