Traffic Skills 101

Do you have a bike collecting dust because you haven’t found time to ride? Are you tired of riding the same few trails or neighborhood streets? Do you want to ride more but St. Louis traffic freaks you out? Our Traffic Skills 101 class can be your key to unlocking more of the city’s roads for bike commuting, exercise, and daily errands.
Riding in traffic can be daunting at first, but with this FREE class, you will learn key skills and knowledge to safely and calmly ride in St. Louis.
With a mix of classroom and on-bike lessons, this one-day class gives you the knowledge, know-how, and confidence to safely ride your bike on the street. Traffic Skills 101 is intended for adults (18 and older) with beginner and intermediate experience levels.
Smart Cycling is a nationally-produced course from the League of American Bicyclists and taught by Trailnet’s League Certified Instructor, Taylor March.
