The inaugural STL Women’s Trail Summit is scheduled for 10 a.m. on Saturday, October 27, to 12 p.m. on Sunday, October 28, at Greensfelder County Park in Eureka, Mo. The event includes overnight camping as well as three meals and beverages, plus expert-led sessions on trail running for beginners, female nutrition and sports-related issues, map and compass basics, running/walking safety and women’s specific gear.
