Compete as an individual or as part of a team of either two or three participants (designate who will swim, ride and run).

AWARDS (individuals): Overall Male and Female; Overall Age Group Division Awards for the Top 3 finishers in these age groups: 14-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+

TEAM AWARDS: Medals for first-, second- and third-place teams.
