Power Hour for Women – Level 1 5/6

This six-week program is designed to enhance your climbing performance by building strength, power, and flexibility. Expect a blend of circuit training, partner workouts, and climbing drills. These private classes will take place in the facility’s designated training area. The workouts are scalable and suitable for all fitness levels.
Level 1 focuses on improving body awareness and building climbing strength. Each session combines climbing wall drills with high intensity interval training to create a high energy workout.
