TAKE THE CHALLENGE! The Millstadt Biathlon tests your fitness level along with your cycling skills! The biathlon consists of a 5-mile run through scenic farmland, then grab your bike for a 22-mile ride. The high-speed turns, rolling hills, and scenic farmlands make this a can’t-miss event. The 5K run is an out-and-back course. Millstadt is located 20 minutes from downtown St. Louis. Join us for post-race beer and food afterward!
