JMR is an event to honor the 161 victims of the 2011 Joplin Tornado as well as celebrate Joplin’s resilience in overcoming the destruction of 8,000 structures. The Memorial Run hosts a half-marathon, a 4-person half-marathon relay, 10K, 5K, and a kid’s run.
