The Frostbite Series has been offering St Louis runners motivation over the cold winter months since 1992.  A series of 5 races presented over 10 weeks, with both a short and long series, there is a race for everyone. Set in beautiful Forest Park, our courses wind throughout the park, and provide a great way to stay in shape over the winter.
