One of the best tools for recovering post-run is using a foam roller! Learn foam rolling techniques to keep you healthy and injury free Foam rolling works through myofascial release, or muscle fiber release. It mimics massage in that it digs deep into the muscle fibers to release any tightness or “knots.” Dr. Lytle from Precision Health Group will teach us these effective techniques for injury prevention and healthy running.

Each clinic will include:

  • An introduction to foam rolling
  • An introduction to common injuries and needs for foam rolling
  • Foam rolling techniques
  • A free, take home 24″ foam roller ($20 value)

The cost of the clinic is $15. A portion of the proceeds benefit a local charity. Clinics are limited to just 15 people.
