Lost Hill Lake presents our first annual Fitness and Wellness Weekend for women beginning or continuing their fitness and wellness journey. During this event, you will focus on FITNESS with a variety of workouts (beginner to intermediate-level with modifications offered), on FUELING ourselves with meal-prepping and healthy practices, and we’ll focus on RECOVERING and appreciating rest. You will have opportunities to engage with nature, build friendships, practice self-care, learn healthy habits, and try new experiences.
