Packet Pickup

Packet Pickup will be April 14 at 4 Hands Brewery 5:30pm-9pm in Downtown St. Louis located at 1220 S 8th St, St. Louis, MO 63104. Each runner will be given a token for a free beer at 4 Hands. We will also offer packet picket the morning of the race starting at 5:30am

Location

West Tyson County Park 131 N. Outer Rd East, Eureka, Missouri 63025 from I-270, take I-44 west for 7 miles to the Lewis Road exit. At the Lewis Road exit, make a right turn (north). The park entrance is on your right immediately after the exit. Start area is the near the entry gate to the park.

Course

The race is run on the popular Chubb trail.  The 25k will do one out & back & the 50k will do two. The trail itself varies from  a gravel service road, to a mostly dirt trail along the Meramec river, to a mile-long series of climbs, to  finally a rolling trail that winds through the hills of the Meramec River.  There are no stream crossings.  If the Meramec River is well above flood stage then the race will be rerouted.  There are two railroad crossings and extreme caution must be taken because the trains come through this area at a high rate of speed.  Runners may see deer, turkey and other wildlife throughout this trail run.

Refunds/Drops/Deferrals/Waitlist

– Unfortunately there are no refunds if you can’t make it. We utilize the money from registrations for all the race day activities. Additional money will be donated back to the trail system or organizations in the STL area that help make our trails beautiful
– You may drop from the 50k to the 25k up to two weeks prior to race day. Any drops after this or on race day are allowed, but you will not be eligible for awards (Overall or Age Group).
– Deferrals were handed out to 2020 participants for the 2021 or 2022 race

Bib Transfers

This year we will allow bib transfers. In order to transfer a bib, the following information will need to be provided by email no later than 3/14/2022.

Email from original participant stating intent to transfer
New participant email (also cc new participant on email to RD). Refunds will not be given to original racer that signed up and it will be up to both transferring parties to figure out payment for transfer.

Swag

All finishers will receive a Medal (50k finishers will have a choice of a Medal or Buckle), 4 Hands beer for post race libations, and all runners will receive something custom BOCO Gear.
