BikeMO is an annual fundraiser for the Missouri Bicycle Federation and the Missouri Bicycle Foundation, held each year on the Saturday before Labor Day Weekend. Proceeds from the event help us promote bicycling and advocate for better bicycling conditions in Missouri. Your participation benefits The MO Bicycle and Pedestrian Federation, a non-profit organization that supports the advancement of bicycle and pedestrian access, safety, and education in Missouri.

The ride starts and ends at the Isle of Capri Casino and Hotel in Boonville, Missouri. Boonville is centrally located, with easy access from all areas of the state. The winery is only minutes from Columbia, a vibrant city that will provide participants with more lodging, restaurants, and entertainment choices for a great weekend trip.

The route passes through several historic towns, including Boonville, Blackwater, and Arrow Rock. The road ride consists of 100% paved roads. Riders who prefer, can join our Katy Trail route.
