A new adventure activity resort planned for a 302-acre site in Branson, Missouri, will include a whitewater rafting park, downhill bike and ropes courses, cabins and campsites, a micro-brewery, farm-to-table food experiences and more.

“Exploration and adventure tourism are powerful trends today, and Branson is the perfect destination appealing to these demands,” said David Cushman, the lead principal for CP Branson, LLC, the developer behind the project.

Construction on phase one of the resort is estimated to begin in spring 2019 and be completed in 2021. The whitewater rafting course will be scalable, appropriate for families as well as Olympic trial events.
