Take one hour out of your day to improve your health and learn tools to sustain you on a journey to wellness. In this clinic, enjoy an opening stretch, some movement to get the blood flowing, nutrition education on how small changes yield big results, and an ending, stress-relieving deep breathing session. This free clinic will be lead by the energetic fitness and nutrition professional, Joy Millner of our Big River Gives Back charity partner – The Fit and Food Connection. The Fit and Food Connection empowers individuals in need to get health through fitness and nutrition offerings. This organization works in low income neighborhoods throughout St. Louis, creating smiles and healthy individuals through their organic community garden, healthy food assistance program, fitness and nutrition programming, and one-on-one individual programming.

Although this clinic is free, attendees are invited to make a donation to The Fit and Food Connection at this class.
