Welcome! Thinking about participating in this year’s race? This is a mostly flat and scenic USATF-certified out-and-back rail-to-trail course (fine-crushed hard-packed gravel) on the historic Frisco Highline Trail.

Race Start Location:

All races are out-and-back starting at Willard Middle School gym (205 N. Miller Road)

 

Start Times:

50 Mile – 6:00AM

50K – 6:00AM

Marathon – 7:00AM

Half Marathon – 7:30AM

8K – 7:45AM

 

Courses:

All on the Frisco Highline Trail, all distances are USATF certified–marathon is a

Boston qualifier!

· 50 Mile Ultramarathon – Willard to Hwy U (Mile 25, near Bolivar, MO) and back

· 50K Ultramarathon  – Willard to historic Graydon Springs (Mile 15.5) and back

· Marathon – Willard to Ridgerunners Rest Stop (Mile 13.1) and back

· Half Marathon – Willard to near N Farm Road 65 (Mile 6.55) and back

· 8K – Willard to Junction Cafe and back

 

What You Get

· All registrants get technical T-shirts with awesome Frisco railroad art.

   NOTE:  Register by April 10 to get a shirt!

· All finishers get a Frisco custom medal.

· All ultra finishers will get a unique Frisco trophy.

· First male/female in all individual races get a Frisco trophy for Overall, Master (40+), Grand Master (55+)

·  Awards in 8K, half marathon, and marathon to three deep in 10 year age groups (<20, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+).

 

Aid Stations: Miles 2.5, 5*, 7.5*, 10*, 13*, 15.5*, 20*, 25* (water, electrolyte drink, Coke, gels, and fruit)

Packet pickup: Friday, April 27, 3pm to 7pm at Fleet Feet Sports (1254 E Republic Rd, Springfield, MO 65804)

Race day packet pickup at race start (Willard Middle School) from 5:30am to 6:30am

 

Fees (absolutely no refunds):

· 50 mile – $90 before 4/1, $95 before 4/28, $105 at packet pickup

· 50K – $80 before 4/1, $85 before 4/28, $95 at packet pickup

· Marathon – $70 before 4/1, $75 before 4/28, $85 at packet pickup

· Half Marathon – $60 before 4/1, $65 before 4/28, $75 at packet pickup

· 8K – $35 before 4/1, $40 before 4/28, $50 at packet pickup

 

Time Limit: 12 hours to complete your race

 

Airport: Springfield-Branson Airport is just a few miles from Willard, MO (or use KC, St. Louis, Tulsa and drive about 3.5 hours to Springfield area)
