Join us for our first annual family 5k Run/Walk on the streets of south Columbia. This is a road race that offers a unique twist on your typical 5k. You can run as an individual, a 2 person team or a team or 4. Awards will be given based on various age brackets.

In 2016 Synergy Sports created the Stronger Together Foundation in order to give back to the Mid-Missouri area. It was created with the sole purpose of strengthening our youth, our community and their continued growth in sports.
Participating in sports and youth camps helps instill teamwork, discipline, sportsmanship, respect, motivation and integrity into young people’s lives. Our goal is to help families with financial responsibility through scholarships for children wishing to participate in recreational sports, competitive sports or summer camps.
