Every Wednesday at 9 am you can find a friendly group of women to exercise with at Big River South City. Female runners and walkers of all ages, paces and fitness levels are welcome (strollers, too!). Running and walking with a group can be highly motivating. Our women’s only group run offers a non-competitive atmosphere and a fun and supportive way to begin or maintain a healthy lifestyle. Big River will provide coffee post-run, you provide the positive attitude and determination!
