 Is it difficult for you to stay motivated during your off season when it’s cold wet and rainy out? Do you have all the equipment you need to support your off season training? How often are you able to practice your swim, bike and run all together? Our Indoor Triathlon Series is geared towards keeping you motivated through the winter season and accomplishing your fitness goals. Whether you are trying to stay in shape, improve on your race times, or simply giving it a try for your first time, the indoor triathlon series is for you!

This program is held on selected Sundays with 3 heats to choose from. The swim will be in a 25 yard lap lane in our natatorium. Once you have completed the swim you will transition to our spin room where the bike portion will take place. After the bike is completed you will make your way to the cardio room to run on a treadmill. Rec-Plex staff will keep track of your timing. We have 2 length to choose from, short course and a long course.
