Now in its seventh year and considered one of the toughest trail races in the region, this event on April 10-11 ups the ante in 2021 by adding a 100-mile distance. Ozark Foothills is run through the alpine-like terrain of Greensfelder County Park in west St. Louis County, with a quad-burning elevation of 6,000 feet over 50 miles and a rugged rocks-roots-creeks milieu. Experienced volunteers and delicious barbecue (served in individual portions at a safe social distance) top the list of race perks.
