Pack up your friends and family and join us for a three-day, two-night full-service, guided adventure trip over Memorial Day weekend!

BMA’s version of a “staycation”, the Memorial Day Expedition is a cross between car camping and canoe camping. Soak up the beginning of summer by spending two nights camping on Mosenthein island, the primitive gem of the St Louis region. Over the course of three days and two nights, you’ll have time to explore the island, enjoy a swim, take a hike, search for arrowheads, spot eagles, relax on the beach, and of course, paddle!

Our trip will start with a morning meetup at the BMA warehouse where our expert guides will assist in packing up your gear into our 29-foot voyageur canoes and then we’ll shuttle to the put-in. The trip price includes all meals, snacks, canoes, paddling gear, and transportation.  Guests will need to provide their own tent and sleeping bag.
