The Grandfather of all Kansas City Road Races is celebrating its 50th Anniversary on Saturday, June 3rd, 2023! We are thrilled to invite you to join us for this historic occasion, participating in our featured Half Marathon, 10K or 5K. We are honored that over the past 50 years, we have had thousands of runners from all of the country and the world join us in Conquering the Hill! We share this half-century mark with you, the incredible runners who have joined us year after year to celebrate running, giving back to the community, and keeping our tradition alive!

The Hospital Hill Run is “The Kansas City Running Tradition.” All participants receive one of a kind swag, including a unique finisher’s medal, participant bib and a Commemorative 50th Anniversary Jacket. In addition, finishers receive finish line food and drink, on course entertainment, a great post-race party and much more!
