Hip & core strength are essential for optimal running form.  When muscle weakness affects running mechanics, injury can (and frequently does) occur. Yet, many runners prefer to prioritize mileage over taking the time to build strength. In this clinic, expert physical therapists from the ProRehab Endurance Project will demonstrate key exercises for hip & core strength. These exercises can be performed anywhere and will help you as you strive to achieve your running goals!

The cost of the clinic is $10A portion of the proceeds benefit local charities.
