This class is ideal for climbers who are new to the sport and want to establish a dependable foundation of skills.

This 90 minute, in-depth guide to bouldering teaches participants how to warm up for climbing session, what strategies to use on and off the wall, and technical climbing skills that produce success. In addition to these core climbing skills, participants will also learn how to land properly, how to structure weekly climbing sessions and common climbing etiquette.
