You can choose to ride 5\,10\, 20\, or 40 miles. Route is a rural\, low traffic\, paved course\, however\, you must always follow the rules of the road as you ride the TdT. SAG wagon and food will be available from 8 am until 1pm. \nYour $25.00 entry includes a t-shirt\, lunch\, snacks and water on the trail\, as well as SAG support. You must register by September 7th to be guaranteed a t-shirt. \nAll rides begin and end at the Tilden Village Park\, where there are restroom facilities. Registration is 8am – 9am. You may start your ride between 8 and 9 after you register that morning. WHEN YOU FINISH YOUR RIDE\, All participants are required to CHECK-IN at the CHECK-IN TABLE at the park\, this helps us to know everyone is safely off the route and we can take signs down and close the park. \nRegistration at the Tilden Village Park on the day of the ride will be $30.00. SUMMARY:City of Roses Half Marathon
DESCRIPTION:Join the fun by running Missouri’s premium\, long-standing City of Roses Half Marathon. This course takes you along a paved trail through residential Cape Girardeau and out into the beautiful county. The course is well supported with volunteers to keep you safe as you wind around\, up and down paved roads\, past horse farms\, tree-filled woods and beautiful homes. You will loop back to the Osage Center to find a cheering crowd and lots of good food\, water\, Gatorade and locally brewed beer. There will be pancakes & coffee along with traditional post-race snacks. This race is in its 45th consecutive year. Water stops are available every 2 miles in the beginning\, then every mile from mile 8 on. The Water Stops are manned by some really happy people\, ready to encourage you on your journey. We offer an early start for those who feel they may take longer than 3 hours to complete the course.
