How often are you able to practice your swim\, bike and run together? Our Indoor Triathlon Series is geared towards keeping you motivated through the winter season and accomplishing your fitness goals. Whether you are trying to stay in shape\, improve on your race times\, or simply giving it the “tri” a try for the first time\, the Indoor Triathlon Series is for you! \nThe swim will be in a 25-yard lap lane in our Natatorium. Once you have completed the swim you will transition to our spin room where the bike portion will take place. After the bike is completed you will make your way to the cardio room to run on a treadmill. Rec-Plex staff will keep track of your timing. We have 2 lengths to choose from\, short course and long course.
