DESCRIPTION:Ferguson Twilight Run will host its 15th annual event on Saturday\, May 18\, 2024. This year’s run will welcome participants to run or walk the 1-mile\, 5K or 10K distances. All distances are offered virtually with unlimited participation; virtual races can be completed on your own schedule. \nThe Ferguson Twilight Run will be held at Plaza @ 501. The 1-mile distance starts at 5 p.m.; the 5K starts at 5:45 p.m.; and the 10K starts at 6:15 p.m. For the safety of in-person runners and walkers\, there will be staggered starts between pace groups for the 5K and 10K. Road closures are expected between 3:45 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.

DESCRIPTION:Bicyclists depart from Columbia\, MO\, on the morning of Saturday\, May 25th\, from Flat Branch Park (101 S 4th St\, Columbia\, MO 65201). Departure times are between 8 am and 10 am. Drop off your overnight packs at check in and prepare for a weekend of relaxed bike riding\, music\, and fun. Enjoy the scenic views of the Katy Trail State Park as you ride on crushed limestone trails flanked by cliffs and the Missouri River. Stop at your convenience at a handful of locations to enjoy live music and entertainment. Bands will play throughout the day in communities across the trail.\n\nThe final destination\, Boonville’s Kemper Park\, will host the feature events with main stage music. Overnight camping will be available and free for all registered riders! Hotel/motel accommodations are available at local establishments. There will be food available at restaurants throughout Boonville as well as food vendors at the park. On Sunday\, ride your bike back to Columbia with music again throughout the day! DESCRIPTION:The KT82 is a team relay run of approximately 82 miles\, spanning from Maryland Heights Aquaport in St. Louis County to Hermann\, MO. The route includes 17 exchange points between start and finish. The Katy Trail provides a unique and special racing venue. \nDue to the nature of the trail and limited parking at the exchange zones\, a staggered start will be utilized. Accurate team pace data is critical for construction of the staggered start. In general terms\, slower teams start earlier and faster teams start later. This approach is essential to guarantee daylight arrival of all teams in Hermann. \nAgain this year\, the GO! St. Louis staff had a great time testing out the course by running many of the legs as well as scouting out all of the exchange zones to ensure a great day for all of you. There were a lot of “high fives” between the legs and a big finale in Hermann. We assure you this event will be a great team experience! Good Luck and enjoy!

You will run on rough off camber sections of primitive trail\, (the half)featuring a massive narrow switchback of loose gravel and not one BUT two powerlines\, one up and one down. \nThis race will feature incredible fast jeep roads and the properties biggest ascents and descents leaving your quads screaming in terror and your lungs heaving for air. \nDon’t come crying to us when our Baby wears you down…..

SUMMARY:St. G’Narles Enduro
DESCRIPTION:St G’Narles is back in 2024 bringing the only enduro race with an urban stage to Missouri. Participants will race Matson Hill\, Klondike Park and finish through The Good News Brewery in Augusta with the gnarliest urban stage we can build. We promise it won’t be the same as last year\, it’ll be even better. This race brings all the elements of Enduro racing together; super steep\, technical singletrack with jumps\, raw rock gardens and fast downhill stages. It’s definitely not one to miss. Expect 16 miles of riding and 2400 feet of climbing.
