SUMMARY:Greensfelder County Park Trail Build
DESCRIPTION:We will be constructing a new singletrack trail approximately 1 mile in length. It will connect the brand new Forby Road trailhead parking lot to the DeClue trail near the Arbors of Rockwood ridge line. This new trail will ascend about 200+ feet to reach the DeClue ridge. The trail will pass through cedar groves\, open meadows and old-growth fields. This trail will be unlike any existing trail at Greensfelder due to the open meadows and generally sustained climb/descent consisting primarily of dirt with a few short sections of rocky terrain.

DESCRIPTION:2023 was the biggest year so far for the Dirty South Roubaix and we plan to go a bit bigger again this year. The 8th installment of the Dirty South Roubaix is coming up on March 2 2024. Last year we sold out to the 600 registered in just a few weeks and we are going to bump it up a bit more this round. Alto Pass has been so welcoming\, that we will be back there again. Like last year\, we are planning to offer the 100k+ as the main event of the day\, but will also offer a shorter course for anyone who doesn’t want to tackle the full 100k. The short course will be somewhere near half of the 100k. Don’t worry\, it will still have hills and gravel 😉 The racers from the Half Dirty sure didn’t feel shortchanged after their race. \nIf you are looking for an awesome route\, great challenge\, killer scenery\, beer\, food and cool friends to hang out with for a day\, come check it out.

SUMMARY:Three Creeks Torrent Trail Runs
DESCRIPTION:History: Three Creeks Torrent Trail Runs is a race sponsored by Columbia Track Club that takes place at Three Creeks Conservation Area\, about ten minutes south of Columbia\, Missouri. The area is unique in that the land was originally largely owned and worked in 40 and 80-acre parcels purchased by freed slaves following the Civil War. Some former homesteads are even still visible today. \nCourse: The course is an approximate 10-mile loop. It is about 80% single-track trail and 20% jeep/gravel road\, with a variety of terrain. There are approximately ten creek crossings per loop\, so you will get wet. There is about 950 feet of elevation gain per loop.

SUMMARY:Last Miner Riding
DESCRIPTION:The Team Noah Foundation Last Miner Riding is a bit of a different format of mountain biking format. At 9:00 am everyone starts the 8-mile course (5 miles for Juniors at 9:15). Everyone is allotted 1:15 minutes to complete the first mountain bike loop. Thus\, for example\, if you finish in 45 minutes you rest and recover until the the next lap starts at 10:15 am and you start the 8-mile loop again. This year we are starting with a bit more time but will be cutting 5 minutes off of each lap down to 45 minutes\, and from there\, laps will continue until the Last Miner Riding remains. It isn’t about how fast you can ride each lap\, it’s about how many laps you want to ride. Just a fun day in the woods with a bunch of friends! We will have a top male and top female prize for the Open categories and the Juniors\, but that’s about it.
