DESCRIPTION:We will be constructing a new singletrack trail approximately 1 mile in length. It will connect the brand new Forby Road trailhead parking lot to the DeClue trail near the Arbors of Rockwood ridge line. This new trail will ascend about 200+ feet to reach the DeClue ridge. The trail will pass through cedar groves\, open meadows and old-growth fields. This trail will be unlike any existing trail at Greensfelder due to the open meadows and generally sustained climb/descent consisting primarily of dirt with a few short sections of rocky terrain.

DESCRIPTION:2023 was the biggest year so far for the Dirty South Roubaix and we plan to go a bit bigger again this year. The 8th installment of the Dirty South Roubaix is coming up on March 2 2024. Last year we sold out to the 600 registered in just a few weeks and we are going to bump it up a bit more this round. Alto Pass has been so welcoming\, that we will be back there again. Like last year\, we are planning to offer the 100k+ as the main event of the day\, but will also offer a shorter course for anyone who doesn’t want to tackle the full 100k. The short course will be somewhere near half of the 100k. Don’t worry\, it will still have hills and gravel 😉 The racers from the Half Dirty sure didn’t feel shortchanged after their race. \nIf you are looking for an awesome route\, great challenge\, killer scenery\, beer\, food and cool friends to hang out with for a day\, come check it out.

SUMMARY:Rec-Plex Indoor Triathlon
DESCRIPTION:The swim will be in a 25-yard lap lane in our Natatorium. Once you have completed the swim you will transition to our spin room where the bike portion will take place. After the bike is completed you will make your way to the cardio room to run on a treadmill. Rec-Plex staff will keep track of your timing. We have 2 lengths to choose from\, short course and long course.

SUMMARY:Quivering Quads Trail Runs
DESCRIPTION:The 25th edition of the Quivering Quads Trail Race will be held on Sunday\, March 3\, 2024. This year’s event features 8 Mile and Half Marathon distances. Both courses feature incredible Ozark-like bluff views through Cuivre River State Park. \nParticipants will receive a midweight hoodie and a custom finisher medal as well as post-race grilled cheese sandwiches\, snacks\, beer and other refreshments. Registration is limited to 375 participants. Please reference below for distance cutoff times before registering.
