DESCRIPTION:The course is set up as 5 legs ranging from 3.3-5.3 miles encompassing one 20mi loop(run 1x for 20mi\, 2x for 40mi\, 3x for 100k\, 5x for 100mi) \nThe course switches directions each year running clockwise on odd years\, and counterclockwise on even years. \nThere will be 2 indoor aid stations on the course which you will venture through multiple times. The Start/Finish no matter the direction is met two times per 20 miles. The second and largest of the aid stations is Sverdrup where both directions are seen 3 times per 20 miles. \nIn turn\, you get 4 aid stations within each 20 miles.

DESCRIPTION:On Saturday\, January 25\, 2025\, the City of Wildwood hosts the 15th annual Wildwood Frozen Feet Trail Run. The race starts at 8:00 a.m. at LaSalle Springs Middle School (3300 Highway 109\, Wildwood\, Missouri).  This year’s course will follow a series of trails located in the City of Wildwood\, including the Hamilton-Carr Greenway\, the Al Foster Memorial Trail\, the Bluff View Trail\, the Flow Trail\, the Bluff View Connector Trail\, the Rock Hollow Trail\, and the Zombie East Trail. \nPlan on a self-contained run\, with aid stations placed miles apart. \nStuff to Know: Participants must be at least 14-years old on race day to enter. The run will take place regardless of weather conditions\, but the City and race organizers do reserve the right to cancel\, if the course is deemed too dangerous. \nWildwood gear\, finisher awards and post race refreshments.

Next\, Kevin Belford\, author of Devil at the\nConfluence\, will describe the vibrant pre-war blues scene in St. Louis\, music that wasn’t transplanted here from somewhere else but developed from the ground up. Trapper\nHaskins–talented writer\, musician\, and carpenter–will then tell the story of his source-to-\nsea trip in a homemade rowboat\, one that took 16 years to finish. Haskins will wrap up Meanderings with a set of songs\, mostly original\, including a couple inspired by his time\non the Mississippi. \nSo shake off those winter doldrums and join paddlers and other river people at the\nNational Great Rivers Museum near Alton\, Illinois on Saturday\, January 25\, 2025.\nCheck-in starts at noon. Reserve your tickets early\, though\, as auditorium seating is\nlimited to 90.

DESCRIPTION:Missouri’s iconic point-to-point road race!! \nUSATF-Certified 25K race can be ran Solo or in Relay Teams of 3 participants.\nTo make the race distance accessible to all ages and capabilities\, the relay legs are NOT evenly split. There is an 8 mile\, a 2 mile and a 5 mile leg. Get a family team together\, or a few friends with different capabilities\, and create a team (no need to specify this here at online race registration; you can decide that at the start). \nTo register for the team event\, you can either create a new team or join an existing team. In either case\, on the first registration page\, click YES on the option “Would you like to create or join a relay team”.\nIf joining an existing team\, the next page will ask you to select that team. Your Team Captain will give you the name of the team as well as the password needed to join.\nIf creating a new team\, you will be the Team Captain. Select a team name and password and provide this information to the participants you are inviting to join. \nHere is why this race is special:\nThe race direction is decided the day before the race by gauging the wind direction: from Sarcoxie to Carthage if wind is predominantly from the south or east\, from Carthage to Sarcoxie if wind is predominantly from the west or the north. DESCRIPTION:The premier rogaine event of the midwest returns. Gaze upon any map of mid-Missouri. The curvy\, undulating shape of the Lake of the Ozarks\, is unmistakable.  With numerous inlets and coves there is over 1\,100 miles of shoreline.  It’s easy to see why this event was named after a similarly shaped mythical creature. Do you have what it takes to Tame the Dragon? \nThis is a rogaine-style orienteering event held within the 17\,660 acre Lake of the Ozarks State Park.  You’ll have 8 hours to find as many CP locations as can.  You can go in any order and get as many or as few as you like.  Your registration includes maps\, post-race food\, and… (we’re working on something cool). \nThere will be water on the course\, but please plan to carry your own. And bring plenty of snacks to keep you going.  Late winter weather in Missouri can include just about anything.  Check the forecast a few days before and pack accordingly. \nThe precise starting location\, the race rules\, details\, and last minute updates will be sent during the week leading up to the event.  There is no preferred race hotel\, but there are numerous lodging and dining options in Osage Beach\, Missouri. \nTeams are encouraged for fun and safety.  Solo racers must have prior endurance and navigation experience.

DESCRIPTION:We are back for 2025…. \n2024 was the biggest year so far for the Dirty South Roubaix and we think 750 may be the magic number for the village of Alto Pass. The 9th installment of the Dirty South Roubaix is coming up on March 1 2025. Last year we sold out to the 750 registered in just a few weeks\, so don’t wait around if you want in on the event this year. We expect a sell out fairly quickly again. Alto Pass has been so welcoming\, that we will be back there again. Like last year\, we are planning to offer the 100k+ as the main event of the day\, but will also offer a shorter course for anyone who doesn’t want to tackle the full 100k. The short course is near half of the 100k. Don’t worry\, it will still have a few hills and enough gravel 😉 The racers from the Half Dirty sure didn’t feel shortchanged after their race. \nIf you are looking for an awesome route\, great challenge\, killer scenery\, beer\, food and cool friends to hang out with for a day\, come check it out. \nThanks for your interest!
