Registrants will sign-up and be assigned a start wave based on registration order. Each wave will complete a 15 minute Swim\, 15 minute Bike and a 15 minute Run. Distances for each portion will be recorded by the participants’ designated Distance Marshal (See Below). Transition times for all registrants will be the same (5 Minutes) to avoid potential conflicts that may arise from rushing between areas within our facility. Facility provided ICG7 Spin Bikes will be provided and set up for participants. Completion Medals\, Water Bottles and T-Shirts will be awarded to all participants. This event is meant to be an Introductory Triathlon experience and can serve as a great training event for seasoned triathletes as well. \nAn Indoor Sprint Distance Duathlon utilizing Fieldhouse Indoor Turf\, and Spin Bikes.
