Endurance athletes spend months training for a marathon or triathlon with a performance goal in mind. Often, nutrition is mistakenly left out of their plan. Nutrition should be a fundamental tool in every endurance athlete’s toolbox. During the training season, athletes should practice and sharpen their nutrition plan to feel confident on race day.

Topics discussed in this clinic will include

  • the endurance athlete’s daily nutrition
  • pre-workout/post workout nutrition
  •  race day nutrition

This clinic is ideal for runners who participate in and train for longer running events such as the half marathon, marathon and ultra-marathons. However, if you are new to those distances or are thinking about tackling one of those distances in the future, you are welcome to join us for this clinic to see what the nutrition aspect would encompass.

The cost of the clinic is $10 and includes a goody bag of nutritional products to take home. A portion of the proceeds benefit a local charity.
