Loading Events

This six-week program is designed to enhance your climbing performance by building strength, power, and flexibility. Expect a blend of circuit training, partner workouts, and climbing drills. These private classes will take place in the facility’s designated training area. The workouts are scalable and suitable for all fitness levels.

Level 2 is ideal for climbers looking to increase their personal performance. The class focuses on finger strength, power, and injury prevention exercises in order to push participants to reach new goals.

Participants will also have access to supplemental workouts online and 24-hour access to the training room. With these additional resources, participants are encouraged to schedule additional workouts on their own or with other Power Hour participants.
