NSCA Certified Personal Trainer and USATF Level 1 Coach

FOOD: Sports Nutrition Food & Beverage Samples
– We will be discussing the essentials of appropriate fueling before, during and after endurance events.
– Learn how to calculate your own unique energy needs and use these tools to customize your hydration and sports nutrition plan.
– Food samples, educational handouts, and recipes will be provided.
